New Family Project: Elevated Vegetable Garden Bed

Hi! Here is our first attempt in making a wooden frame for elevated garden bed. We also plant vegetables and herbs in our backyard. For this frame, we use recycled wood which were given to us from a nearby factory. :-)

Ashitaba plant which we are currently propagating. This was given to us by Aunt Eva when we visited their home last week. For more info on Ashitaba as medicinal plant, please read this article written by Kazuo Hida, a medicinal plant specialist. We are also checking whether this is Ashitaba or Gynura. Our friend Erick Calilan shared this link about Ashitaba and Gynura.

Here is a photo of Dylan at Aunt Eva's home. He was playing with a cat plant pot which he thought was a real cat. :-)

Thanks for visiting! Happy weekend!
